Restaurant offering a country cuisine from organic products.
Stop off at this friendly restaurant on the banks of the Yonne. It offers tasty seasonal cuisine, with a strong emphasis on local produce and organic produce. On our visit, we loved the snail fricassee with dill and lemon confit cream, followed by a Yonne lentil dahl with spices, jasmine rice and crunchy radish salad. Finishing with a gingerbread mousse and hazelnut-roasted clementine. There are also regular dinner-concerts in a jazz club atmosphere. We love it!
