Restaurant offering a country cuisine from organic products.
Make sure you stop off at this warm and welcoming restaurant on the banks of the Yonne. It offers tasty seasonal cuisine, with a strong emphasis on local and organic produce. On the day of our visit, we enjoyed the six escargots en persillade from Maison Billot as a starter, followed by a fillet of trout with orange squash purée and roasted beet. Before finishing with a spéculos cheesecake and pear coulis. There are also regular dinner-concerts in a jazz club atmosphere. We love it at Le Petit Futé!
