A restaurant offering simple, traditional cuisine with a classic, tasty menu and good value for money
Just a few hundred meters from the Auxerre train station, this restaurant run by Valérie and Laurent Poirier offers fine, traditional cuisine at unrivalled value for money. On the day of our visit, the menu featured frogs in parsley sauce, followed by a fillet of Soumaintrain French beef, and finished with a honey and ginger nougat glaze. The pan-fried foie gras with apples and home-smoked salmon were also tasty. We warmly recommend this excellent restaurant. Its reputation in Auxerre is well established!
