A restaurant offering simple, traditional cuisine with a classic, tasty menu and good value for money
Just a few hundred meters from Auxerre railway station, this restaurant run by Valérie and Laurent Poirier offers fine, traditional cuisine at unrivalled value for money. On the day of our visit, the daily menu included home-smoked salmon, followed by Chablis-style ham, and finished off with honey and ginger nougat. Also tasty were the foie gras pan-fried with apples, the oeufs meurette and the frogs in parsley sauce. We recommend this excellent restaurant. Its reputation in Auxerre is well established!
