A restaurant where you can enjoy seasonal cuisine based on local produce, a good address for fish lovers.
After working at the Brasserie L'Horloge, François Vandenbossche recently opened this twenty-seat restaurant on the quays of Auxerre, near the footbridge. Here, priority is given to local and seasonal produce, as well as fish. On the day of our visit, we liked the clams stuffed Provençal-style, followed by the pan-fried veal kidneys with Madeira sauce and chanterelles. The menu is regularly updated, and you can even treat yourself to a Découverte menu: five small Burgundian mezze-style dishes. A great idea!

Un super menu dégustation le soir (toute le carte servie en petites portions pour pouvoir goûter à tout)
