Gastronomic restaurant, where short circuits are favored, an excellent table located a stone's throw from the Théâtre d'Auxerre.
Julien Bedu and Thomas Poirier (former pastry chef at Lyon's Michelin-starred "Villa Florentine" restaurant) have just set up shop a stone's throw from the Théâtre d'Auxerre, serving up gourmet cuisine with an emphasis on short circuits. Creativity too. On the day of our visit, the Grand Cru menu included duck foie gras and beef chuck with blackcurrant and red onion, followed by a pig pluma with potatoes, before finishing with a blueberry Pavlova with white chocolate and roasted pistachios. An excellent table.
