Eric Gallet is at the helm of this popular gourmet restaurant. His lively, creative cuisine features fresh, seasonal produce, always rich in flavor. Last winter, for example, the Découvertes menu featured a perfect egg with langoustines and "ucitanum" truffle duxelles. Then a fillet of beef with a mini potato and Comté pie and Irancy sauce. Finishing with a fig and almond tart, yogurt and lime ice cream. In short, a magnificent address! And don't forget the lovely shaded terrace.
