The operation "Every 20th of the month, a local wine" was introduced in October 2017 at the instigation of the Jeune Chambre Economique de l'Auxerre. The principle is simple and is based on the discovery of a winegrower and his wines during an evening organised in the town centre, in order to liven up a restaurant or the terrace of a café during very friendly after-work events!
