FEUILLETTE
As a child, Jean-François Feuillette enjoyed watching his father bake. He followed in his father's footsteps, and began an apprenticeship that he perfected with Pierre Hermé, then at the George V in Paris. In 2009, he opened his first bakery in Blois. Such was his success that Feuillette has now become a chain! And now it's here in Auxerre. It didn't take long for the warm atmosphere, comfortable restaurant space and quality of the product range to convince us. Above all, the establishment is the only one in Auxerre to be open 7 days a week... and until 9pm!
