We appreciate the almond/hazelnut shortbread. We would die for the caramel coulis and the different spreads. And what can we say about the excellent pastries whose extreme finesse and great creativity have no equivalent in Auxerre, without forgetting the very tasty home-made ice creams. In summer, outside the store, the queue can be long to get one!

La qualité des divers chocolats, confiseries et pâtisseries d'Olivier Vidal n'est plus à souligner tant on se régale à les déguster. J'ai craqué cette fois pour un produit semble-t-il saisonnier et qu'il ne faut pas rater : les ravioles pâte d'amande/pâte de fruits ... sont vraiment délicieuses, et par les fortes chaleurs présentent l'avantage de pouvoir se transporter plus facilement que les chocolats. Adresse fort recommandable à Auxerre, mais il faut mettre le prix pour avoir cette qualité ...
