Created in 2012 in Joux-la-Ville, Biscuiterie de Bourgogne (which also has stores in Vézelay and Avallon) has also set up shop in the heart of Auxerre, opposite the Cadet-Roussel statue. You'll discover the famous house financiers, as well as meringues, macaroons and other sweets from the Chopard chocolate factory, and pâtés and terrines from the Tour des Terroirs brand, which features local products. And if you fall in love with these delicacies, you'll be delighted to know that an online boutique allows you to order from a distance all year round!
