Thomas Bouriquet proposes, in this store located near the quays of the Yonne, all the great classics as well as some beautiful discoveries (regional, but not only!). Especially, in the middle of chaource, epoisses and other brillat-savarin, home-made creations are also present. Don't hesitate to taste the "Tonnerre", a cheese rubbed with ratafia.
