Created almost 100 years ago (no less!), this store is a veritable Auxerre institution. An institution that changed ownership for the first time in December 2024. As for the rest, nothing has changed: a veritable temple to cheese! And of course, Yonne cheeses have pride of place. Saint-Florentin, soumaintrain, pierre-qui-vire, affiné au chablis, époisses, chaource or brillat-savarin, Vézelay goat's cheese... they're all here! A very fine address, in the heart of the historic center.
