Managed since 2004 by Eric, Dominique and Pascal Fournillon (and their parents Muguette and Gérard), this beautiful family estate covers 23 ha on the hillsides of Chablisien and Tonnerrois (Épineuil and Bernouil). It offers an excellent production of red and rosé Burgundy Epineuil, but also Crémant de Bourgogne, Chablis, Chablis Cru "Les Fourneaux", as well as a Cuvée de l'Empereur Vieilles Vignes which is the great singularity of the estate: a very old vine planted in 1835 and which miraculously escaped phylloxera
