Masashi, Yu and chef Takeshi Otomura, these are the 3 Chablisian buds (in relation to the vine). A Japanese trio who arrived in Chablis in 2016 with years of practical experience in Japan followed by prestigious experiences in Michelin-starred French restaurants. The kitchen, which opens onto the dining room, is particularly creative. A true ode to Burgundy, while borrowing many flavors from Japan, of course! The menu follows the seasons, and we love the fine produce and boundless creativity of the chefs. Let yourself be surprised!
