A Chablisian bistro-style restaurant serving a choice of dishes with a rich Chablis wine list.
This Chablis restaurant is the Bistrot version of Meursault's Soufflot, and the little sister of Beaune's Maufoux. Ivan and Jérémy offer a 3-course menu in a warm and welcoming setting, with a rich wine list prepared in collaboration with Le Soufflot's sommelier. On the day of our visit, we feasted on breaded cauliflower with a duo of chili and yoghurt sauces, followed by the inevitable Chablis-style ham, and finished with a lemon peanut cheesecake. Simple, but very effective. And tasty!
