Restaurant located in the Hostellerie des Clos and offering a refined and deliciously Burgundian cuisine.

The Bistrot des Grands Crus is located within the Hostellerie des Clos, in the former hospice of Chablis. This excellent restaurant focuses on fast food and fresh produce. Local specialities are obviously very much in evidence, but not only. For example, the first course is eggs en meurette, followed by a cod steak with semi-salted butter, spelt risotto and apple-cucumber vinaigrette. Dessert? Pineapple gratin with chablis sabayon. A truly refined cuisine that we warmly recommend!

Cadre agréable, renforcé par une équipe accueillante et professionnelle , un grand soin apporté par le chef Damien Guyard dans les assiettes proposées, des menus qui restent très abordables dans leurs rapports qualité prix et qui se renouvellent fréquemment.
C'est toujours un plaisir de nous y arrêter.
