SYNAGOGUE
A two-storey synagogue with an exhibition hall, a cellar, a room for prayer, study and various meetings.
The synagogue of Chablis, listed in the supplementary inventory of Historic Monuments, is a two-storey house whose construction dates back to the 16th century. An exhibition room retracing the world history of the men of the Torah occupies the ground floor, while on the first floor there is a room for prayer, study and various meetings. A magnificent 12th century cellar is also visible. Today it is a cultural place where many exhibitions are programmed. A kosher wine is also offered there.
