Notice to all gourmets! The Chablisien Pillar is one of the town's specialities: a delicacy made of white chocolate filled with a praline ganache and grapes macerated in marc de Bourgogne... A little wonder, among all the other sweet (and savoury) treats offered by Stéphane and Virginie Boucher, two enthusiasts who have been bakers and pastry chefs for over 30 years.
