A few years ago, Alexis and Vianney embarked on a crazy adventure: to create a microbrewery in Chablis using Burgundy malts. Their beers are 100% organic, like "Porte Romane", which won the title of "Best Blonde in France". Or "Vintage", a limited series of beers aged in Chablis Premiers and Grands Crus oak barrels. A cosy bar lets you discover them on the spot. You can also visit the brewery. Many of the region's bars, restaurants and delicatessens have added Maddam to their menus.
