A short while ago, Alexis and Vianney embarked on a crazy adventure: creating a microbrewery in Chablis from Burgundy malts. Their beers are 100% organic, like "Porte Romane", which won the title of "Best Blonde in France". Or "Vintage", a limited series of beers aged in Chablis Premiers and Grands Crus oak barrels. Not forgetting "Rives du Serein", of course. There's a cosy bar where you can discover them all on site. You can also visit the brewery. It's worth noting that many establishments in the region have added Maddam to their menus.

Open Tuesday to Thursday, 10am to 7pm; Friday, 10am to 8pm; Saturday, 3pm to 7pm. Concenrts (schedule on request). Brewery tour (1h30): €8.50 (free for children under 15).
