Domaine Christian Moreau Pere & Fils is a winery located in the heart of the village of Chablis. The Moreau family, which has owned the estate for six generations, owns 12 hectares of vines, including Chablis Grand Cru (Les Clos, Clos des Hospices, Valmur, Vaudésir, Blanchot), Chablis 1er Cru Vaillon, Chablis and Petit Chablis. The estate respects the unique terroir of Chablis by working rationally and applying a policy of yield control. Harvesting is entirely by hand, from Petit Chablis to Grands Crus. The estate's modern, functional winery is located at the foot of the famous Chablis Grands Crus. Domaine Christian Moreau Pere & Fils is certified organic by Ecocert. It is important to consume alcohol in moderation.
