LE CHAMPCEVRAIS
A restaurant that combines bistronomique cuisine with gourmet cuisine, thanks to the chef's know-how, which offers traditional, carefully changing dishes. We appreciate the use of local products that give dishes of special flavour. During our passage, we chose a soup of muscat melon, dry ham from the Black Forest and its quenelle, then we continued with a pig dressed in the honey and paprika, to finish with a freshness of peaches to mint foam… Our taste buds still remember it! A fine wine list complements this chain of delights.
