We're particularly fond of the Prestige of sea bass and salmon in golden scales, leek fondue and white wine sauce. We're also partial to their homemade foies gras. Or the Souvarov beef tenderloin. Note that the delicatessen section also offers all the products that make the region so rich, as well as Festi Boxes: five dishes for the whole week! A must in the Auxerrois region. Malgré quelques désagréments lors des entretiens de préparations, tout a été balayé par le personnel présent lors du jour J.
