Beautiful Chavannes home of a South Korean chef and pastry chef offering a reinvented classic menu
It's in their beautiful Chavannes home that chef Jérémie and South Korean pastry chef Sun welcome you. On the (unique) menu is a particularly refined and creative cuisine. Not surprising, given that they met at Joël Robuchon's, and that Jérémie has worked for Marc Meneau, Lameloise and the Ritz. And Sun has worked for Pierre Hermé and Yannick Aleno. In addition to a classic but totally reinvented menu, the wine list is rich in local vintages, particularly excellent Chablis.
