Many people from Auxerre travel the few kilometers to Chevannes to pick up their bread, pastries and chocolates. A visit here is the pleasure of smelling good old-fashioned bread. As for the shop window, you'll find it hard to resist as everything is so tempting. Just for the fun of it, some of the cakes are named after the children in the house. In fact, one of them, Léo, has joined the adventure. A family affair!

Effectivement tout est bon, mais la maîtresse de maison se prend vraiment pour une donneuse de leçons. Elle est très désagréable jusqu’à vous expliquez que si vous changez d’un jour votre commande pour dans un mois elle va devoir raturer sur son cahier ! L’achat doit rester un plaisir ! Le client doit être respecté . La pâtisserie Bisson ne me reverra plus !
