In the heart of the summer of 2023, in the beautiful wine-growing village of Chitry, this new restaurant offers authentic, seasonal and essentially local cuisine in a particularly warm setting. It's simple: all the sure things are here, and the quality is always top-notch. On the day of our visit, we were treated to the classic oeufs en meurette starter, followed by a very local Crisenon trout, and then a chocolate marquise with crème anglaise. Tasty. As for the welcome, it's warm and friendly. Just what we like!
