From the church square, the glass façade of this establishment is intriguing. However, as soon as you cross the threshold, the elegant atmosphere becomes obvious. And this is confirmed by the menu: the emphasis is on local flavors, for a cuisine of finesse that highlights the region's gourmet traditions. For example, we adored the "œuf parfait façon meurette" as a starter, followed by the "souris d'agneau confite" and its tomatoey coconut beans. In short, this is a very fine place, acclaimed not only by the locals, but also by various specialized guides!
