CHÂTEAU DU TREMBLAY
Castle with garden, presenting exhibitions and permanent works of M an Jeanne, Fernand Rolland and Jean-Louis Vetter.
A charming little Louis XIII manor house, this small castle nestled in Forterre is also a Regional Center for Contemporary Art (CRAC). The reception (very nice) is assured by its director Ghislaine Vetter who programs several exhibitions per year, always of quality. Also to be seen are the permanent works, some of which are very original, like those of M'an Jeanne, Fernand Rolland and Jean-Louis Vetter. Artistic workshops are also offered. We strongly recommend this visit. And this charming site, with its small shaded garden.
