This wine cellar, opened in 2006 by Philippe Strauel, wine tasting for Burgundy magazine, reflects his passion, his choices, his strokes and, above all, his great knowledge of wine. It has many theme tasting evenings, but also offers innovative services such as «discoveries» that are a selection on a region or theme with a descriptive booklet. It also organizes home-made tastings and even offers a cellar management service that allows you to discover new selected wines within a defined budget and depending on the types of wine you want to taste.
