For many years, this restaurant in the village of Gurgy enjoyed a fine reputation. It closed its doors in 2022. Now it's back, with chef Teddy Deperrier at the helm, after a long career on the Côte d'Azur. His cuisine is simple, authentic and of the highest quality. During our visit, the menu featured a crème brûlée with goat's cheese, honey and rosemary, a blanquette of veal and a chocolate glacé. You'll also appreciate the small terrace in fine weather.
