Romain Favre is at the helm of this highly reputed regional restaurant offering bistro-style cuisine. For example, we loved the organic eggs en meurette with Irancy ratafia. As did the roasted salmon pavé with hazelnut butter, spaetzels and Noilly Prat sauce. Last but not least, we finished with a delicious baba à la mandarine Napoléon, clementine cream and mascarpone chantilly. A remarkable wine list of some 200 crus (80% from Burgundy). A superb address that also boasts a fine wine cellar. Discoveries guaranteed.
