Colinot is an emblematic name in Irancy, since it is a descendant of the illustrious Soufflot family. A vintage of the famous architect of the Pantheon is the emblem of this estate. As far as the harvest is concerned, the steep slopes are worked by hand. Stéphanie, the daughter of the house, takes care of the vinification in the traditional way, using the pinot noir grape variety and the ancestral Caesar. Very good vintages which are regularly found on the most prestigious French tables, including the famous Palottes, but also the mazelots or veaupessiots. We recommend them to you!
