Previously based in Sens, where he created Bel Air Traiteur, Vincent Thélémaque has just moved to Joigny, where - in addition to offering his services for our various events - he has opened a brand new restaurant. Situated on the banks of the Yonne in a peaceful setting, the restaurant serves traditional cuisine for lunch (weekdays only). And all at an absolutely impeccable value for money. As for the name of the establishment, it sets the tone. As soon as it opened, the chef announced that concerts would be given regularly, notably on the occasion of weekend events.
