Hotel-restaurant offering a cuisine that is a festival of flavors, around local dishes.
Recently taken over by Carl Beringer, this Jovinien establishment needs no introduction, as its cuisine offers a veritable festival of flavors. From the chef's homemade duck foie gras, tournedos cut from beef tenderloin with Chablis sauce, to simple tartines of Yonne goat's cheese and Chablis-aged cheese, there's something for every taste and budget. There's also a slate menu and a Bistrot menu for a quick and tasty meal. Finally, the establishment is also a beautiful 2-star hotel. All this, just a stone's throw from the historic center.

Je recommande ++
Les cuissons étaient maîtrisées, les desserts simplifiés et savoureux. Les frites savamment remplacées. La gamme du restaurant reste identique et s'intercale entre le gastronomique et le "comme chez soi".
Tout concourt à une vraie réussite, mais...
... une fois encore, on déplore cette manie catastrophique post COVID de la fermeture du soir en semaine. Les grands gagnants sont les restaurants de chaîne et les buffets asiatiques pour lesquels il ne semble pas y avoir de problèmes de personnel insolubles. Tant mieux pour eux mais quel dommage.
