We are cracking for the Mac, the Mac'Brest, the Mac'St Ho, and the connoisseurs enjoy with great pleasure the real kouglofs cooked in Soufflenheim clay molds. Not forgetting the Aélis, a specialty created by Mr Halbin at the first medieval market in Joigny in 2009, in tribute to Countess Aélis, Countess of Joigny: it is a small sablé fondant with a filling of salted butter or the cassis of Burgundy or griottines. We love!
