Michael is from Bavaria. He's been a professional wine exporter for decades. Xiaolin is a Chinese chef for whom the art of cooking holds no secrets. Housed in an 18th-century Burgundy building, they offer 3 luxurious guest rooms. Since 2023, they have added a restaurant whose reputation continues to grow... Or the art of blending Asian cuisine and local gastronomy with extreme refinement. It's an experience like few others around here. As for the wine list, it too is top-notch. It's fantastic!
