GAEC DES VINS VIEUX
Founded in 1984, the Gaec des Vins vieux, located near Chablis in Lignorelles, is celebrating its 40th anniversary and has 22 hectares (cultivated according to the principle of sustainable agriculture), including 12 hectares in the Chablis and Petit Chablis appellations, and 10 hectares in Bourgogne Epineuil Rouge, Rosé and Bourgogne Tonnerre blanc. Tastings are free of charge, the welcome is warm and friendly, and all this is complemented by sound advice. In short, this is a great place to fill up your cellar with the best Burgundy wines. We warmly recommend it.
