For 7 generations, the Hamelin family has made a living from its passion for vineyards. Cultivated today by Thierry and his son Charles, they extend over 36.7 hectares, in Beines, Poinchy and Lignorelles. From the Petit Chablis to the1er Cru Beauroy, it is a whole culture that is expressed there. With respect for the environment and love for the product. One appreciates, in particular, the rarity of the Chablis vieilles vignes from a few 70 year old vines. For the rest, more than 270,000 bottles are produced each year by this beautiful estate.
