The name of this garden recalls a district of Paris and yet we are in nature, between Sens and Villeneuve-sur-Yonne. The products of the Jardin du Marais are seasonal and especially cultivated in organic agriculture in a 1 hectare vegetable garden and in a glass of 2.500 m ² glass. Depending on the season, you can provide en, beets, blettes, carrots, cabbage, cucumbers, spinach, onions, turnips, leeks, radish, salads, tomatoes, strawberries or apples.
