At Le Migéen, the food is simple and tasty, homemade just the way we like it. This café-resto-grocery is a village concept that's becoming increasingly popular, and all the better for it. On our visit, the menu of the day included a salted trompe l'oeil waffle with Époisses, followed by a rib-eye steak with meurette sauce, and a clementine moelleux with chocolate sauce. Note that the house also has a boutique in downtown Auxerre: a delicatessen and catering service that's a must-see when you visit!

Open all year round. Tuesday to Friday, 12pm to 1:30pm; Friday and Saturday, 7pm to 9pm. Reservations recommended. Gourmet menu: €27 (3 courses) or €25 (2 courses). A la carte menu: approx. €28.
