You will be offered workshops of initiation to modelling and the visit of a lying kiln of the XVIIIth century in working order, one of the last ones of Puisaye. Guided tours are also possible (on reservation, from 9 persons). In short, here it is all the expression of the poyaudin craft industry which is born under your eyes, from the ground to the work. Fascinating. As for the store, it offers unique creations to take home as beautiful souvenirs!

Beaucoup de traces historiques à la Poterie de la Batisse. Très bon accueil. Et des explications détaillées sur les outils du passé et les pratiques utilisées. Si on aime la poterie on ne peut qu'être intéressé. Le résultat est à la hauteur de la réputation.

Un vrai atelier de poterie. On a visité plusieurs magasins où j ai été chaque fois émerveillée par les pièces exposées toujours différentes de par leurs couleurs ou le rendu matière... Ici peu de choix (c la fin de la saison) mais Anne Sophie (qui travaille seule) partagera un peu de ses secrets si vous posez des questions (elle est timide, son job c tourneur pas conférencière). N hésitez pas à vous y arrêter pour admirer son vert dégradé de roux ou son bleu Colette.
