Since 1990, on 9 hectares of vineyards, the Bardet family (now represented by Damien and his cousin Alexandre) has specialized in Chablis, Petit Chablis, Irancy and Burgundy, with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir as well as Crémant Blanc de Blanc. No fewer than 7 appellations in all. Among the house's successes, the Chablis Cuvée 2020 won the Gold Medal at the Concours des Vins de Chablis 2022. Please note that tastings are available by appointment. So don't hesitate. Especially as the welcome is always warm and friendly.

The Domaine Bardet & Fils is an independent winemaker located in Noyers. They harvest the best grape varieties of the region and take care of all the stages of viticulture, from the work of the vines to the marketing of their products in short circuit. Their specialties are Chablis, Irancy, Crémants and Burgundy. They offer direct sales to individuals and professionals such as restaurants, wine shops and grocery stores. If you visit their gigantic vineyard, they will welcome you in their cellar, where you will find their different vintages and their different cuvées. You will be able to discover and taste their red and white wines to suit your desires. A great address for oenophiles!
