The Verdun family has always specialized in the breeding of lambs and milk-fed calves, and in the production of quality meat for direct sale on the farm. Guillaume Verdin, now at the helm, also supplies many of the great Burgundy restaurants, and even establishments throughout France. Here, lambs and calves are packed in vacuum-packed boxes, entirely cut up: a leg, a shoulder, chops, etc. In short, this is a high-quality address that will seduce the most gastronomes among us!
