A bridge telling the legend of a church bell that fell right under the bridge and has been heard ringing ever since...

Here are 3 bridges: the bridge of Ternos (XVIIth century), the bridge of Véarnais rebuilt in 1851, and the Grand Pont from the XIXth century. The most famous however remains the bridge of Ternos. Renovated in 2021, it was used as a set for La Grande Vadrouille, and is at the heart of many legends. Thus, it is said that one day, the church bell fell just under the bridge. People came from everywhere to fish it out. In vain. Since then, it is said to ring regularly...

Au delà de la curiosité architecturale : un pont en plein cintre de 30m d'ouverture à 35m au-dessus de la rivière a été construit presque au-dessus d'un petit pont dit pont de Ternos. "On le connait tous" : il a servi de lieu de tournage à une scène du film " La grande vadrouille ". Lors de leur tentative de franchir la ligne de démarcation, Louis de Funès et Bourvil, déguisé en soldat allemand et guidé par deux chiens, franchissent le petit pont sur la Cure.
