Régis Tatraux, master restaurateur, offers a gourmet and refined seasonal cuisine. All homemade! Only three types of products are not made by the master-restaurateur but are chosen with great care: ice creams and sorbets (Maître Artisan Glacier "Glace des Alpes"), apricot coulis (Les Vergers Boiron), breads and special breads (Boulangerie Rousseau et Millot in Avallon).
The menu doesn't need to be long to delight gourmets with a choice between two or three starters, main courses, cheeses or desserts. The establishment also has 7 bright rooms full of charm with their personalized decoration, overlooking the garden or the terrace. A beautiful address for a stay in icaunaises lands.

Choix très limité (2 entrées, 2 plats de résistance) et plats similaires à ce qu'on mange chez soi (exemple : melon en entrée puis risotto ou pavé de boeuf en plat principal) .
Et plat goûté..correct mais bon..sans plus.
En bref.. autant déjeuner chez soi ou faire quelques kilomètres de plus pour trouver de l'originalité et de la qualité.
Le service est quant à lui correct.
Franchement déçu.
La chambre super, tout y est, la vue est reposante.
Excellent souvenir de cette étape.
