L’AUBERGE DE L’ATRE * * *
Charming inn with refined decoration offering a careful service and a pleasant stay.
You're entering a renowned establishment. The seven charming rooms are elegantly decorated, and your stay is always a pleasure. Francis Salamolard is at the helm of this hotel, and above all of this restaurant. An excellent chef who cut his teeth in Auxerre, but also at Ledoyen and Ruc in Paris. On the day of our visit, we really enjoyed the cassolette of creamed snails and parsley mushrooms, followed by fillets of local trout, steamed leeks and fennel purée, and finished with a Morvandiau glacé. Highly recommended.
