Winemaker Jean-Christophe Bersan and his childhood friend, chef Stephan Calvo, have combined their talents to open this restaurant, which required an extension to the Domaine's winery before becoming La Belle Croix. An excellent restaurant offering particularly refined cuisine rooted in the terroir. On the day of our visit, we went for the cassolette of snails with Crémant de Bourgogne, followed by a pike-perch steak with Saint-Bris sauce. Finishing with a crumble of Saint-Bris croquets and lemon cream. It couldn't get any more local!
