Fayyar is a craft microbrewery created in 2020 in the heart of one of the largest wine-producing villages in the Auxerrois region. Simon, Romain and Élise offer you their organic and local beers. Don't hesitate to try them; they're well worth the detour! Above all, you can also visit the premises and discover the work of these young, friendly brewers. By appointment, they'll show you not only the raw materials they use, but also all the stages of production in their beautiful 14th-century cellars. And, of course, a tasting session is included!
