Dating back to the 11th and 12th centuries, these magnificent cellars are a must-see! A family pride perpetuated today by Jean-Louis and Jean-Christophe Bersan, who cultivate 22 ha of vines. They produce several appellations, including Côtes-d'Auxerre, Aligoté, Saint-Bris and Chablis for the whites, Côtes-d'Auxerre, Bourgogne and Irancy for the reds, as well as Crémant and Ratafia. Not forgetting, of course, old Marc de Bourgogne.

Beautiful stay at the entrance to the estate, which is very close to the church, in downtown therefore (do not seek vines here). Visit of the cellar then tasting white wines based on Chardonnay (AOC Côtes d 'Auxerre, Chablis) and Sauvigon (in AOC Saint-Bris, only AOC in Bourgogne authorizing this grape) and red wines (AOC Côtes d' Auxerre, Irançy). Good wines on the 2 colors, special mention for the cuvée Louis Bersan 2015, in Irançy. Domaine to discover in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux. Note: This village is also the starting point for walks/randos in the vineyard (from Auxerkings) nearby!
