Le Saint-Georges offers traditional cuisine with a focus on regional specialties. The menu changes regularly, and fresh produce is the order of the day. As for the wines, they're all local. On the day of our visit, we were tempted by a gourmet salad with shredded guinea fowl, smoked duck breast and shavings of Comté cheese. This was followed by a back of pollack with beurre blanc and Chablis sauce, and finished with a sweet apple and honey dish with whipped cream and financier. Simple but effective!
