LA BARBOULOTTE
Restaurant but also bar, grocery store and bed and breakfast, working with local products for its traditional cuisine revisited
Restaurant but also bar, grocery store and bed and breakfast, the Barboulotte, which means ladybug in Morvandiau, is installed in the former house of the resistant René Rimbert. As early as 1922, the house was used as a drugstore and grocery store. In 2018, a couple of enthusiasts, Capucine and Bertrand, wanted to give back its letters of nobility to the rural trade by privileging the local products. On the shelves, honey, teas and herbal teas, meats, organic trout from the Crisenon fish farm... In the kitchen, Franck Bailly revisits traditional cuisine in elegant dishes.

Notre groupe de 13 personnes a été très bien accueilli dans une salle à manger comme à la maison.
Beaux produits frais dans la vitrine de l’épicerie qui jouxte de restaurant.
